After driving back from Puerto Penasco, Mexico,where we spend one week time share vacation in Grand Mayan Palace Resort we with Margy stopped for 18 more days vacation in Scottsdale. This time like last year, the house of our daughter was again rented to some young family for 4 months and we used one apartment some blocks north on Haydn Road in Walden Court compound adjacent to the sweaming pool. The apartment was in full equipped with all we needed. Safeway store was 2 blocks south and Albertsons - 2 block north.
We spend all day long at swimming pool - from 9:30 am till 12:30 pm and from 4 pm till 7 pm. The hottest hours - from 12:30 till 4 pm we spend in the air-conditioned apartment for lunch and watching Olympic Games from Rio, Brazil. Evening hours - too. Second Sunday we went to Bulgarian Orthodox Church in Phoenix, 3-4 miles west. We relaxed in full from the long travel by car from Seattle to Mexico and back to Arizona and after 18 days started again traveling by our car to Seattle, this time for 5 days with crossing and driving around in Dead Valley and Yosemite National Parks for looking and taking photos. We spend in Grand Mayan Palace Puerto Panasco this year only one week in the end of July and begining of August. We choosed one bed room apartment on higher floor for beter vew to the sweaming pools, artificiar river and the beach. There was always some briz from the Ocean. We stayied at the pools till sunset and were enjoying the evening lights in the pools and the river. The most colorfool was the lighting of the river late evenings and all nights, seen from our terasa. This was our favorit place all evenings, siting in armchares with some cold drink in hand.We took a lot of evening and night photos, the best ot them shown in this blog-album. You may see such reach colors only in tropical countries, like Mexico or Hawaii.
