We - me and Margy came for the first time in Arizona in the Summer of 2009, when was bought The Big house in North Scottsdale in "Los Gatos" compound. The hose has swimming pool, big garage for 3 cars and 2 bikes Harley Davidson, WE owned the Gest house and had independence from Sylvia and Matt's family and friends visiting them.We immediately liked the worm climate of the Sonora Desert and started coming with Leo 3-4 times per year - from Summer, September, Christmas time and after Eastern. When the sold the house in 2013, with our part of the money we bough one condo - 3 floors apartment with garage for 2 cars, 2 balconies and 2 bedrooms with full baths. The house is in North Phoenix on Cave Creek Rd in Kensington Place.We gave it immediately under rent and started coming again only summer time (Leo was already student in elementary school in Seattle) in the House of Sylvia on 81st street in Scottsdale, with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 car garage. When we decided to move for ever in Arizona in the Spring of 2018, we sold our Duplex in Ballard, Seattle, WA for good prize and immediately bough 4 bigger houses - 3 in North Phoenix: one for me - om N 31st street and E Michigan Ave on the corner, 2nd for rent on E Michigan Ave between N 8th and N 9 str.one block south of Union Hill Dr.; 3rd for rent on W 5th Ave one block north of Union Hill Dr. and the last 5th- for Margy on E Shea Blvd. one block East of N Tatum Blv in "Milano Terraces Private Residencies" in fenced yard with security and 2 swimming pools, pone with warmed water from October till May. This is realty 2 bedroom apartment with sunny terrace of second floor of 2 floors house with 4 apartment and 4 garages on first floor. This is ours Summer residence with year around swimming pool with gas BBQ and TV with 2 luxury coaches and one arm chair. You may invite friends there to make parties. We did already some times.
On first 3 photos are shown the 3 houses for rent, after that - my private one floor hose with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one office room, standard kitchen and living room , covered terrace and fenced back yard covered 1/3 by trotoar plates, 1/3 - by small pieces of stone and last 1/3 - I covered by artificial green grass. There are: 1 big tree (I cut 2 times all branches), 2 small boganvilas and one medium Pomegranate tree, giving about 100 fruits every fall season ($1 each on the stores). The Garage is large for 1 big car and some space for my electric bicycle and some small work shop with all kind of mechanical and electrical tools. I use garage opener to enter and go out by my Toyota Camry V6 and side door double with 2 dead bolts for protection. Last third group of Photos are for Margy's "Milano Terrace Condo" with terrace and swimming pool some 100 m.(yards) away near the Entrance with remote opener gate. I have all keys and openers, including for the swimming pool.
