In front of every Mayan and Grand Mayan Palaces in all Mexican Resorts, we have been, there are similar pools 7-8 in chain and one artificial river around all of them. The water in the river is not moved by gravitation, like all natural rivers, but by some power ship engine. There are tens of round boats, like tractors inner tires, in which sit 1 adult with kid or alone, of 2 kids. The water is moving you around the full circle for about 20-30 min. If you like you may continue second or third time for free, or live the round boat for next lazy swimmer. Pols are full with kids with parents or without, young couple of middle age fat ladies… Every year the numbers of fat people in USA increase.. Mexicans imitate Americans with everything, including the weight too.
In December the pools were cool and there were only some kids, not feeling the cold water. Only 3 jacuzzies were used by adults. Ocean water was cool too. The people were collected only conches around. In Sept ember water was worm everywhere. I swam early in the morning in the pools, when were empty. The Pacific Ocean was stormy first 4-5 days and swam only the last day for 1-2 hours with finks inside 560 m, when the water is deep, parallel to the coats for some 200-300 m. It was big pleasure to feel the breeze and salt water around…In the end I collected one plastic bag of conches for my front yard at the entrance of my house in Phoenix.
