CHERNOGORSKI MONSIR NEAR SOFIA, BULGARIA JUNE 2018

      This year (2018) Ventzi and Kristi decided to show me some new Monastery (Manastir) some 50-60 km southwest of Sofia – Chernogorski Monastir. I couldn’t find any info for it on Internet. Probably it is counted like Monastir of Cherna Gora (Black Forest) small state of Ex-Yugoslavia. They are more Muslim state , that’s why Christians from Cherna Gora builded Cristian Monastir in Cristian East Orthodox Bulgaria. It is new, clean, very well done in the style of Rila Monastery. It is  the best old Buldarian Monastir " St.Jovan Rilsky"to visit by tourists. I visdited like student 2nd year  in Sofia State University in 1957 year...Some 62 years ago...

      We drove Vetzi’s new diesel VW (Volkswagen) German car there four of us-Ventzi, Kristi, Kalinka and me,  Parked the car outside and  walked around everywhere inside. I took a lot of photos of us and all beautiful ikons in the churches, presented in this album. In the end we had very delicious lunch in the monastery restaurant, with typical home made sausages and red monastery wine. Late afternoon we dropped back home in Sofia.
